I was sent here by Ben Abbott & Associates after a car wreck to treat my injuries. The officer manager Aidee, was very unprofessional, and curt to the patients calling or coming in for appointments. The office staff rarely seemed to know what was going on in the clinic, as I had to call back for prescription refills after visits multiple times. Twice during a 4 month treatment I arrived to appointments they canceled because they didn't have the x-ray or MRI results they had ordered. They overcharged substantially in comparis... read more
This is a great place they did the Epidural Steroid Injections and they didn't work then the 4 Facet Joint Injections was done and those didn't work and I talk to the Neurosurgeon soon and I hope they can do my back surgery there at the Dallas office. Do they actually do the back surgery there in Dallas or is it at different place?

This is a great place to come…The medical assistance were fast and courteous. The assistant that helped me once I got back in the room was caring, concerned, and new the areas that was causing pain. Doctor G was great to speak with, understanding, and answered all my questions! Thank you all for making my visit so calming and pleasurable.
