Love them
Refused to see me because my A1c is too high for them. I've had multiple surgeries with a higher A1c then what I have now and have been just fine. In fact I have a surgery coming up soon with no concerns about it at all even when asked. My wife needs to see an ortho for her knee and they just told her that they declined her. When she asked why they hung up on her. What a joke. No wonder people have to go out of town to see good doctors. Hard to find doctors in this town as it is and then they refuse to see or treat you.
The reception team must be over worked, under paid, and stressed beyond reason because they are the rudest crew at the front of a medical office that I have ever experienced. And unfortunately I have spent a lot of time at doctors offices. Sure, the actual care you receive here is at least standard. Hopefully those people at the front desk take a long, hard look at themselves and the work they chose to do because I think they all would be happier, and maybe better in different jobs.
