Everyone is very kind and helpful. Dr. Miles is a very good doctor.
I've been there 3 times and have had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time each time even though I show up early. They provide good service but they seem to think their time is more important than your own.

My son was seen at urgent care and they referred us to Epic Ortho for a possible fracture. I called Epic and the woman who answered the phone was not only incredibly unhelpful but rude. She asked me to drop off the X-ray film for them to review and they would determine when or if they would see him. Every question I asked was answered with an “it depends”.
