Dr Osborn is good IN Mercy hospital during emergency surgeries on our loved one but this office staff women should have been fired years ago. the office manager sounds like she is tweaking and will literally scream at people who call. It is totally unprofessional and bizarre. I doubt the docs even know how their patients are being treated. They also use "hippa" to not talk to you and do not even know how HIPPA works. They refuse to relay info to the doc which is allowed under HIPPA. They cancel an appointment the day of and ... read more
Love them
Refused to see me because my A1c is too high for them. I've had multiple surgeries with a higher A1c then what I have now and have been just fine. In fact I have a surgery coming up soon with no concerns about it at all even when asked. My wife needs to see an ortho for her knee and they just told her that they declined her. When she asked why they hung up on her. What a joke. No wonder people have to go out of town to see good doctors. Hard to find doctors in this town as it is and then they refuse to see or treat you.
