Tabitha was amazing! She was able to get my braces taken off same day without having to come back! Thank you all for all you do. You truly are amazing!
Epic is amazing! The staff is friendly and we’re very pleased with our son’s smile!
I have had good experiences with the doctors and people in the back. But the people at the frontdesk at check in. I have noticed when people of color come in they don’t speak but when people that are white come in they all speak. I thought maybe I’m tripping. But it’s been four occasions like this and even one this morning. It’s actually sad how racism shows in healthcare.
I can’t say enough good things about this office. From the consult managers to Dr Hicks to the staff like Tabitha they make each visit so easy on our 7 year old. He was nervous about this process and has soared through it so far. I would recommend this place ten times over!
Mariah did excellent job on my brace and kept me calm during the procedure. I will recommend my family and friends to you. I really love coming to the office in Lenior city
