Wasn’t awful but wasn’t anything to rave about. Felt rushed - when I got in for a pedicure (I called to make sure they had time) they didn’t give me a menu, just started doing a random pedicure until I asked for the paraffin wax and the woman told me how it would be more expensive, which was fine. You definitely need to advocate for yourself and what you want or else you’ll get the bare minimum. My nails look perfect! I live in Utah but spend the summer on Cape Cod. I was hesitant to get my nails done somewhere new and I am extremely picky when it comes to my nails. I will only go to see one person back home in Utah. I had hard gel done on my nails today by Peter and I can honestly say, my nails have never looked better. I asked for a lavender spa pedi, didn't get it. I asked for feet scrub, but I didn't get it. No massage on hands or feet. I asked for nail buff. One set of nails is shiny, and the other set is not because she never used the last buffer on my left hand. Clearly, she was so rushed and trying to get my mani and pedi done so quickly. If they are that busy or want to get customers in and out, then they should state up front that they cannot offer more than basic mani and pedi and I could have gone somewhere else or made an appoin... read more
