I arrived on Cape Cod with highly embarrassing toenails. Too long since last pedicure and a lot of gardening. I apologized to Quinn about my current condition. She was so kind and so sweet …and she imply said, “That’s why you’re here.” Instantly felt at ease. Got a great pedicure and I was so proud to show off my turquoise nails! Thank you Quinn…and good luck with school this fall. You’re goin by to be a great RN!
Another follow up since I can't figure out how to post a new review. I have been back twice now and each time I had the nail technician MOON. I have to say she is simply wonderful. She's friendly and takes her time to do a great job. She checked in a few times to make sure I was pleased with her work. I book on line which is helpful as you have the option to select the nail technician you want. I plan to book her going forward. She's great at her job! ************* Just a short follow up. I hate writing bad reviews but after my visit at epic nails today I am very upset. I asked for builder gel and received this. I paid 70$ for this service. I am upset because the nails are not clean or shaped properly whatsoever. I left with chunky nails and polish that was bubbling before I even left the chair. I do understand that the employees are hard working individuals so I do not want to drag ratings down but I am just very disappointed with this work especially at the price point of $70.
