From the moment I walked in I knew should have left. The vibe was off, and no one communicated with me at first. This experience was by far worst I’ve ever had. Pedicures are not supposed to be painful. You’re not supposed to be jabbing my toes with the tools.The place was dirty with a cock roach crawling on the floor. I wanted to try a new place but I can confidently say I will not be back! And someone should call the board of health, even the person I went with said how dirty it was behind the pedicure chairs.

This is a very unfriendly business. The only male seems to be the boss/owner. He’s terse and abrupt at best! Never really greeted me and at the end never said anything after taking my money for the manicure. At least say “thank you”or” thanks for coming to EPIC NAILS” The towel used to lay my hands on during manicure was quite dirty!! It had obviously been used with other clients!! I was happy when I went and left but on closer inspection my nails looked rushed and there was a lack of attention to detail. I did a gel mani and a regular pedicure. $80 total and my manicure didn’t last three days. I’ve never had gel chip and peel so fast. By day 2 my thumbs were chipped and other nails were lifting at the ends. They already looked like a week of growth from the cuticle from how far they were at the cuticle.
