Horrible company I’m contacting my insurance and changing companies they get the order wrong every month they refuse to make the changes I need in a timely manner it takes a month to change anything instead of a day they always blame my doctors office which is a total lie my doctor is always quick and efficient I’m fed up and done with their lies
They seem like a great service when you first sign up. But each month I have an issue and they don't seem to care. Because there system only ships out 30 days after your last order. The first month was my fault I thought I didn't have enough bags for my daughters G-tube. I ended up finding them because there were placed in a not normal spot. They have continually dropped the ball on delivering my son’s feeding supplies. I’m thinking to switch to another company if the service doesn’t improve. It shouldn’t take 2-3 phone calls and hours on the phone to get a delivery. My call got dropped after 45 minutes on the phone (second time calling today because no call back to follow up on the first call) no one even bothered to call me back. This is ridiculous.
For months, I’ve gotten a call every day asking for the same information that was asked the day before. I have been waiting since January/February for my son’s formula. I’ve given up at this point. Ridiculous.
