My son’s order was delayed due to a technical issue. I called the after hours line and the operator was so kind and made it a priority for my son to get his order. She told me the driver would call me within 30 minutes to confirm. The driver called in less than 30 minutes and made the delivery his first priority. His name was Fred. I really appreciate the assertiveness for the health and well being of my son.Thank you :)
Fred Sailus went above and beyond on a weekend to get us the supplies we needed.
Fred sailas was awesome and very helpful in finding out what was wrong with my son’s pump. Delivery was fast Through the mail for a new pump & we Live in Casper wy. Gave us extra Supplies as well. Very kind and helpful.

8/24?2026 Surprise surprise another issues with them. My daughters dietician ordered her to be on NanoVM over a month ago. We never received so I called them. They said there was no such order in their system. I called her dietician and she personally called them and got verification that they received the order. Her most recent order arrived with no vitamin. I called today and they said there is no order for it and they never received any calls from Children's dietician. Which is a lie.
