Big shoutout to Fred and Sara Wheat!! We have had multiple issues across the board, but Sara and Fred have gone above and beyond to rectify any situation. If you have either of these two on your support team, you’re sure to have a successful experience with Aveanna.
We have been using Aveanna for about 2 years for g-tube supplies and haven't had to many big issues. Sometimes things were late and we tried to be understanding or the formula came separate and we tried to be understanding. Now they sent us the wrong formula though mixed in with our proper formula and the tl2 types looked so similar I didn't notice at first. I've been with Aveanna for almost 10ys their products and customer care use to be the best, but over the last year all of my child's medical supplies both incontinence and Gtube supplies have become the most bottom of the line, cheapest supplies possible and when I say cheap I mean terribly cheap, if I was to rate them on a scale of 0-10 I'd give them a 1, when I call to discuss this with them I get rude customer service that offer no answers as to why they have charged to the most cheapest products possible? Do NOT use this medical pharmacy. Use Tender Care instead. Our health and the health and safety of our children is not to be tampered with. It’s as if they have no regard for humanity or the well being of others. I have serious concerns and questions regarding their documentation and charting - they are always fulfilling the wrong orders or “never receive” the orders despite there being a very clear paper trail of this happening. Horrible company I’m contacting my insurance and changing companies they get the order wrong every month they refuse to make the changes I need in a timely manner it takes a month to change anything instead of a day they always blame my doctors office which is a total lie my doctor is always quick and efficient I’m fed up and done with their lies
