We just had a new IV pump delivered to us by Fred Sailas who was working in a leg cast. He was super friendly and helpful, he even explained a few new things about the pump that we didn’t know. Thanks Fred!
FedEx kept delaying part of our supplies delivery and we kept waiting and waiting, after almost 4 days of waiting we had to call and figure out a way to get the feeding bags for our daughter and their night tech Fred Sailas immediately found a way to help us and go the extra mile for us.
