I've been with Aveanna for almost 10ys their products and customer care use to be the best, but over the last year all of my child's medical supplies both incontinence and Gtube supplies have become the most bottom of the line, cheapest supplies possible and when I say cheap I mean terribly cheap, if I was to rate them on a scale of 0-10 I'd give them a 1, when I call to discuss this with them I get rude customer service that offer no answers as to why they have charged to the most cheapest products possible? Do NOT use this medical pharmacy. Use Tender Care instead. Our health and the health and safety of our children is not to be tampered with. It’s as if they have no regard for humanity or the well being of others. I have serious concerns and questions regarding their documentation and charting - they are always fulfilling the wrong orders or “never receive” the orders despite there being a very clear paper trail of this happening. Horrible company I’m contacting my insurance and changing companies they get the order wrong every month they refuse to make the changes I need in a timely manner it takes a month to change anything instead of a day they always blame my doctors office which is a total lie my doctor is always quick and efficient I’m fed up and done with their lies

They seem like a great service when you first sign up. But each month I have an issue and they don't seem to care. Because there system only ships out 30 days after your last order. The first month was my fault I thought I didn't have enough bags for my daughters G-tube. I ended up finding them because there were placed in a not normal spot. But ever since then I've been short bags before they send it. And it seems to be if your date lands on not business day then your order is pushed further to the next business day. They have continually dropped the ball on delivering my son’s feeding supplies. I’m thinking to switch to another company if the service doesn’t improve. It shouldn’t take 2-3 phone calls and hours on the phone to get a delivery. My call got dropped after 45 minutes on the phone (second time calling today because no call back to follow up on the first call) no one even bothered to call me back. This is ridiculous.
