My son’s PCP sent a prescription for his formula to this company. Waited for weeks on Auth. Called Aveanna multiple times and went back and forth with insurance. Finally tried to place an order today and they said they are refusing to provide this because they don’t get paid enough for it. They said they’ve known since May that they were going to decline. Asked to speak with supervisor and was hung up on. ** Call you insurance to see if they will let you use any other provider but Aveanna. Don’t waste your time**
Terrible, awful, corrupt company!!! Sent us prescriptions even after being asked to cancel!! THEN sent us to collections after our insurance said they had paid Aveanna!!! No notice before collections!! Run away from doing business with these crooks!!!!
Much like others here these guys are terrible providers. We were getting formula through our primary insurance but my son qualified for secondary insurance through the state. For whatever reason they still have not provided they cut us off and will no longer send his formula. Absolutely ridiculous that they will cut someone off for having a secondary insurance they don't accept. Just keep billing the primary. Absolute trash off a business to deal with that will waste you're time...
I’ve never been treated so atrociously by a healthcare company. Bree in financials was extremely rude. They’ve violated my son’s Hippa rights by sharing his personal information with another company without our consent.
