The lady at the front desk (don't think she is even Muslim) was very unhelpful and unprofessional over the phone. Lots of attitude, and unkind. I explained my situation to her multiple times, that I'm not insured and need basic labs/a physical, she did not want to help. If your clinic is supposed to be here for the Muslim community, and people who can't afford the treatment elsewhere, but your staff won't help, then why does your clinic exist??
