This company has been nothing but excellent for me. I have rented from numerous management companies and Epic is hands down the best. They are always on call and truly take an initiative to make every single one of their tenants satisfied with their living conditions. I highly recommend Epic Management.
Be very careful when renting from this company as they will try to take advantage of their tenants whenever possible. Very unprofessional when it comes to documentation and communication to their tenants. They will try to take advantage of you at every turn from not giving you notice that promotions no longer apply, notice of the completion of your lease and what your options are to renew or move elsewhere, and try to make up late payments you owe them years after the fact of supposed late payment. I have been renting with Epic for a year now and I’ve never been happier. I have my fair share of landlord horror stories and therefore never realized how good it could actually be. Epic has been so good to me in so many ways. I’ve gotten free Spicy Pie from them (pizza is my love language), as well as quick resolutions to the few small issues I’ve had. Epic management is by far the best company I've ever rented through. I've lived at Boulevard Square for 2.5 years. It's been great. They're very timely with any requests, concerns or repairs. Its pretty quiet even being above businesses. It's nice to have so many businesses right below you or across the street. And it's super close to the new Sanford hospital.
These apartments are amazing for the price! They are in an excellent area of west fargo, where there is plenty of fun places to visit to keep you busy! The staff is fantastic, and shows that they are dedicated to keeping their tenants happy. Easily the best management I have ever worked with.
