RecommendedI'm still going through the process of moving out to my new apartments. I lived in Arbor Courts and the only complaints I have is for the building manager and maintenance. We had issues when we moved in that needed to be addressed that were never addressed, even upon us moving out. The administrative part of EPIC management has been, at least up to this point (I'll update after the process of moving out is completely done) very professional and willing to work with my family. Good people. I rent at Arbor Courts and completely first class, spacious with reasonable pricing. Love it.
I have been living at BLVD Square for 3 years now. Recently, our dryer was out of commission, as appliances tend to break down. Kara, Leasing Agent, kindly allowed us access to an alternative washer and dryer down the hall while maintenance fix the dryer issue. Thank you to Epic for elite customer service!
Great buildings and very responsive managment. Doesn’t matter who’s in the office whenever I went in as they all have a positive attitude. Maintenance personnel are also very helpful and quick to respond and fix issues that may occur. I Would and I do recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for good rates on awesome apartments. Also it’s awesome that they ARE pet friendly!

My roommate and I had a very poor experience with this company. We had been looking for an apartment back in July for August 1. We were shown our first two bedroom by Epic management at Arbor Courts. We walked in, said it was nice, but expressed that the room sizes were just too small and the second bathroom was too small and we didn’t think we could live with that.
