RecommendedI've been here several times because of an injury and I'm like most people that do not like crawling into an MRI machine but because the staff is professional and not high strung I always feel comfortable and they make sure you feel comfortable, I would not be able to handle Laying inside those MRI machines if it weren't for that professional level.
Honestly my first visit was fine. I was treated alright. But today, I call to schedule a follow up on my mammography, because a letter I received stated that there was a finding and I should have it checked out. The Woman who I spoke to was kinda rude. Someone needs to work on their customer service skills. She also told me that it was already done on the previous appointment I had. Horrible customer service. My husband has been there twice and not gotten his MRI. Each time he has waited in line for well over 30 minutes, by the time he gets up to the counter they tell him he is late and will have to reschedule! Today the desk receptionist literally lollygagged with an envelope for over 10 minutes. They also spent time texting on their phones and gossiping with each other instead of taking care of the patients. Horrible customer service, taking our business somewhere else!
45+ minutes after an appointment plus the 20 minute time for paperwork and still haven’t been seen or communicated with about the delay
They checked me in did paperwork and took me back at my appointment time. Very helpful and listened to my concerns about the MRI that I had done. Very professional.
my wife has been waiting an hour for service. she has surgery tomorrow. she has a doctors appt. in an hour. staff is horrible and management is incompetent.

I had imagining done today and it was a great experience! The nuc med tech, Phuong, was incredible! She made sure that I was comfortable and taken care of the entire time!
