This wasn't my first time here. This was my best time here!! Jennifer was so compassionate and understanding and listened to my questions. She even ran out after me to have me come back she had found something, and wanted to take one more to make sure the doctor could see the lump. It was her birthday and she put me over her happy celebration. Above and beyond !!! also a great hug!! Thank you for all you do, and for being there!!

Epic Imaging and everyone there have been wonderful to me. I am so thankful for this place and these people! I have been going there on a weekly basis for 4 months and the care and attention I receive each time is outstanding.

I had a very positive experience. The level of caring and consideration helped me through an uncomfortable procedure. This is the first time the radiologist ((Dr Bocci) sat down with me and showed me the results, which was a big relief. Gail was the tech and she was very considerate and helpful. The only reason I give 2 stars is that the direct care staff of the facility were friendly and compassionate. The business office sent my $115. bill to collections which is part of a worker's compensation claim. I gave them my claim number for Saif and my attorney's name and they ignored that info and sent me anyway!! This bill isn't even 6 months old!!!! I have always utilized EPIC for my diagnostic imaging needs but hear me out, YOU LOST MY BUSINESS and since I am an RN, you lost all of my referrals, too. Thanks for nothin... read more

Most uncomfortable mammogram ever. Check in was great, atmosphere was excellent, technician needed some additional training!
