I would like to start off by saying I have 8 yrs experience as an HVAC Tech, Service tech, installer and duct fabricator as well as EPA universally qualified. I bought our brand new house from Buckert Contracting back in Dec of 2024 for $635K and Epic did the HVAC install. Within the first month we noticed the house would not heat, as well using 300 gallons of propane a month, the house had a 1 yr warranty to get everything fixed. What a great team at Epic heating and Air. Our daughter was having furnace troubles and the unit was 20 years old and the AC was a 48 year old carrier. Will came out for a service call and did his best to identify the problem but being its age we decided to get a new AC and furnace. We visited with Justin on Monday and the install was Tuesday. Preston and Aaron did a fantastic job , friendly, polite and very efficient. Thanks Epic!
This review is on customer service. I was concerned about my dehumidifier on my one year old HVAC system which they installed new. Humidity was running between 18 and 23(way too dry and unhealthy), runs non stop and no matter what I set it at it won't raise the Humidity level. I called and spoke with Karlee 3-4 times over a coupe days. Each time she said she would have a tech give me a call. Never got a call from anyone!! Our Furnace quit on Cold Snowy Night. A call to Epic, and a quick call back from Preston. And he was on his way. Got us going thru the Night, and then Will came the next Morning to do the permanent fix. We have had nothing but the highest quality Service from Epic. The guys at Epic were excellent! They did a great job removing and installing new HVAC system. They went above and beyond with customer service and cleaning up after themselves on the job. The whole process was fast and friendly.I would highly recommend them! I’m a customer for life! Thanks Epic!
