This review is on customer service. I was concerned about my dehumidifier on my one year old HVAC system which they installed new. Humidity was running between 18 and 23(way too dry and unhealthy), runs non stop and no matter what I set it at it won't raise the Humidity level. I called and spoke with Karlee 3-4 times over a coupe days. Each time she said she would have a tech give me a call. Never got a call from anyone!! Our Furnace quit on Cold Snowy Night. A call to Epic, and a quick call back from Preston. And he was on his way. Got us going thru the Night, and then Will came the next Morning to do the permanent fix. We have had nothing but the highest quality Service from Epic.
