Worst "HEALTH CARE" system!! Yes the staff is friendly but the way company is ran as a WHOLE is ridiculous!!! For example, WHY CANT I SPEAK TO ANYONE AT THE OFFICE? Its ALWAYS a call center where EVERYONE has a language barrier!! Its so frustrating when u cant even schedule a appointment!!
If you keep up with your appointments, bloodwork, etc, epic health is a great place to receive care quickly and efficiently. Thank you doctors, PA’s and all staff at Saint Clair Shores Epic Health!
Dr. Allison is the absolute best! She is so thorough I feel it's hard to find a really good doctor now a days that remembers you, and goes above and beyond with your care. I will be sticking with Dr. Allison for life with all my primary care!
Its impossible to get an appointment. I called and spoke to the automated robot and I gave them all my info and they hung up. Then I tried again and it was busy multiple times. So I finally got back to them and asked for a person. Gave them my info and they said please hold, and hung up on me.
