Decent gym, just don't try and cancel After several phone calls with staff trying to cancel a membership, they required an in-person meeting to cancel it (not by me, by my husband). And when my husband finally got the time (and remembered) to stop in and complete the cancellation, they stuck him with a $83 bill.... for a service he was required to come in person to cancel after not using it for a year. Was in town visiting grandkids. Worked out at Epic a couple of days. Clean gym and very friendly staff.
This is the first gym I joined since I moved from Seattle. The hospitality is amazing and the vibe of the place is welcoming, especially to newbies like myself.
