I had a great experience. The staff is very friendly and always explain everything they are doing very well, and provide interesting info about my teeth... The high-tech tools are pretty neat too! I like that I can see the x-rays and photos so I can really understand what's going on. Dr. Fanikis is very positive and happy and has taken great care of my teeth.
The dentist and his assistant were excellent with their explanation of the procedure as well as their interaction with my son. I know without a doubt that we are receiving superior care. However, I'm not a big fan of paying for procedures before they are officially run through my insurance (which is in network with the dental office). I would much rather pay the amount afterwards when I am sure that it is correct. After discussing things with my insurance provider after the visit, I am concerned that the amount I paid is mor... read more

I have a fear of Dentist due to having bad experiences in the past and having a gag reflex. From the moment I walked down the hall both the Dental Assistant & the Doctor (Dr. Hanks but I'm sorry to say I don't remember the Assistants name) made me very relaxed--I always hold my hands and end with white knuckles from holding on so tight. This time however was different, no white knuckles. The two of them were good at explaining everything they were going and things I could do for the future. As a family of 4 new patients to this office we will start with the professionalism of all the staff.....outstanding! The facility itself is immaculate and up to date on all the newest of technology, starting right at the front desk with the electronic intake forms........ So far so good!
