Heidi is wonderful. I always have anxiety whenever I go to the dentist (although I go every four months for a cleaning) and Heidi was wonderful. Will continue to stay at Epic because of her. Brought my 4 year old in for her first visit to the dentist today. She was nervous at first and said she was scared and didn't want to see the dentist. The staff was great, they reassured her and took time to show her all the tools and how they work before Dr. Moreno came in. Dr. Moreno was thorough and explained everything to me while cleaning my daughters teeth. I was impressed with how he handled some minor resistance and the visit went smoothly. They even got her laughing and she stayed in the chair for the whole visit. ... read more

Everything was great! Jan is very friendly and made it very comfortable. She even put my favorite tunes on Pandora radio. Highly recommended.
