My experience at Epic is as good as it gets. The people that work there are pleasant, my cleaning appointment was On Time, I didn't have to wait, and they were organized, knowledgeable, and professional with my visit and my future dental plan.

Had an appt. with Tiffany on 3/27/17. She is awesome. Always has a smile and very pleasant. One of the best hygienist I have ever had. She is vey thorough and does a great job cleaning my teeth. Makes me not want to eat all day they feel so great. I also met Dr. McCarthy for the first time she seems very nice. I had the option to see Dr. McCarthy or Dr. Vishart thought it was good to meet the new associate in the office. Did miss seeing Dr Vishart she is always so pleasant.

Apprehensive I am in the middle of extensive dental work. This was unexpected after many years with my former dentist. However, I am grateful although somewhat apprehensive. It is a longer process than I expected but reassured that the staff is professional and knowledgeable. They have responded to any issues with patience and hopefully I can smile about this someday.
