Staff always makes you feel welcomed and are very caring.
I love this place! I always feel very cared for and informed when I leave there. And, Dr Lam always encourages questions.
I’ve been coming for a few years and they just don’t know what they’re doing. They don’t know how to order tests (MRI, mammograms etc) or labs and I’ve wasted so much time dealing with their ignorance. I am looking for a new Dr. don’t go here. EDIT: I can’t reply to their reply but if they really cared they would have called. This isn’t an anonymous post and if they don’t know my name, then here lies yet another problem with how they treat their patients.
