Editing to add that I was finally able to see the doctor so they did what they could to fix the problem. Just follow up on your request until you know for a fact they are being communicated correctly. I have been going here for a few months now and the lack of communication is crazy. I called for an entire month to get the prescription sent in fixed. Next appointment I was told “I never got any messages” I called 8 times and talked to the front desk.
