My family and I broke down in Rolla on our way to Branson on a Thursday afternoon roughly 2 hours into a 5 hour drive. We had stopped into Auto zone and they had ran there test a determined it was a transmission issue. It was a very helpless feeling. Thankfully a nice man had recommended us to stop by Epic witch was not to far from us. Brock was amazing. A true gentleman that helped us get our car out of park. We got stranded in Rolla and he and Ron Dishman Towing helped us. We really thought we were gonna have to cancel our weekend plans and get towed back to St Louis but thanks to these 2 gentleman they solved the problem very easily and we are so Grateful!! Thank you Brock and Ron
Perfect experience. Brock also arranged and paid for my tow until my truck was done. Polite, timely and efficient. Almost a thing of the past.
