Stay away. I thought it would be worth while to support a local small business to get more personable service in exchange for slightly higher prices on most quotes. Not the case. The part I asked to have diagnosed was not. I was still charged for it. When asked to show me the part which needed replacement the tech tried to open my hood and it was jammed. He out right denied any chance of him having caused the damage and offered no help despite admitting the hood was working fine when he first opened it to diagnose the reason... read more

And the greatest new service is that my tires that I ordered online, were sent the the shop of my choice....Epic Auto Care in Jersey City. I never "laid a finger on my tires". The tires were delivered in one day. Then Epic Auto Care contacts you upon receiving the tires and schedules an appointment.
