This place must be someone tax deductible because no one cares about this property dogs every were and there poop no one wants to pick up kids are always in the street trashing the place kids 5,6,7 outside no supervision and they use very bad language people dump here and there always trash around the bends and the only answer from the office call the police, they security never show up when you call it takes forever to get anything repaired.

We lived there for over 2 years. The maintenance issues took forever to be fixed. I was without a working dishwasher for over 3 weeks. Horrible parking outside so guests always had trouble when visiting. We moved out last month. I asked about the expected charges, etc and based on that I was sure we will not be getting the deposit back. My dog did damage the carpet, I was obviously expecting that cost at least. There is a man working for Epic, who’s name is Jonathan B, that was sent to Camelot Apartments to help out with maintenance repairs. (12/18/19) We had put a maintenance request in to fix our blinds in the morning.My wife had left her diamond wedding ring in a dish on the counter in the bathroom early the same morning.
