Awesome Staff I have lived at Epic for 2 years and love it. The staff is amazing and always takes care of maintenance request quickly. The gym has new equipment and lots of weights so I was able to cancel my gym membership.
Great place to live! Amazing apartment complex, very friendly staff, and love how many restaurants are right down the street! Been here almost 3 years and am loving it! Hats off to this crew!!!
Horrible management, paper thin walls, and fines-galore. The management only cares about handing out fines. They change the acceptable rules weekly and will fine you for not immediately abiding. The walls are ridiculously thin, you can hear word for word every conversation next door, in the hallway, even outside the building and across the parking lot (no exaggeration). save your money and live somewhere else.
Great leasing staff Very happy to be a new tenant at Epic. The leasing staff was very helpful at every step through the leasing process. I have to give props to Kristin though, she seemed to always be the one to handle my calls, she was very helpful and patient will all of my questions and was always very eager to help me!
