Epic Air came to the rescue!!! On these very cold days, they came out within a few hours. Haden the technician gave me updates to how long he would be. Excellent service had the air up and running and explained a few points on cleaning the filter and how to care for the unit. Very grateful as it's the only source of heat I have in my unit !!!! Highly recommend Epic Air to anyone as it has family values and it cares about customer service. Happy Warm Pensioner. Adrienne
