An organisation that takes no accountability for certifying defective work which poses a fire safety risk.
Hayden at Epic Air went well beyond the call of duty in sorting out our Air Con issues. Professional, friendly, punctual and full of initiative. We couldn't recommend Epic more.
I would not recommend Epic Air, employees of their organisation (mechanical engineers) issued multiple installation certificates for our building attesting to certain work being compliant- it was later found to be seriously defective posing a fire safety risk to residents. When we attempted to engage with them to investigate they weren’t forthcoming with any information saying “just send an email” but never respond after multiple requests- there seems to be a lack of accountability If you are looking for a reliable company t... read more
Fantastic service! This company truly knows everything about air conditioning. They installed AC systems in both my house and our office building, and the results have been amazing. The technicians are skilled, friendly, and very efficient. Pricing was fair, and the quality of their work is top-notch. I definitely recommend them for any residential or commercial AC needs.
Epic Air came to the rescue!!! On these very cold days, they came out within a few hours. Haden the technician gave me updates to how long he would be. Excellent service had the air up and running and explained a few points on cleaning the filter and how to care for the unit. Very grateful as it's the only source of heat I have in my unit !!!! Highly recommend Epic Air to anyone as it has family values and it cares about customer service. Happy Warm Pensioner. Adrienne
