This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. Epic Apartment withheld part of my deposit using a fake “damage” claim on the cooktop. It was nothing more than normal wear and tear, yet they tried to charge me for a full replacement. Do not expect to get your security deposit back — they will find any excuse to take your money. The apartment itself is acceptable. The pool is good, the gym is adequate but nothing impressive, and having a garage is a plus. I also haven’t experienced issues with package delivery. Maintenance response times are slow and inconsistent. Requests can take up to a week to be addressed, even for issues that should require quicker attention. The main problem is management. Before move-in, the leasing office’s auto reply states that they will respond within 48 hours. That was true before I moved in, as responses were quick and timely. However, after move-in, they almost never respond within 48 hours.
