This has been the most disappointing apartment I’ve ever lived in. I am living a true nightmare in this apartment. About four weeks after moving in, leaks, insects, and uninhabitable conditions began to appear. Maintenance started repairs, but I am still displaced from the unit. It has already been two weeks of continuous disruption, and they requested three more weeks to complete the work, meaning nearly five weeks of problems with no definitive solution. Recently moved back to Epic, the apartment is nice and clean and staffs are very responsive during leasing and move-in process. Special thanks to Stephanie for helping me find my favorite unit and Sarah and Giselle for their help during my move-in process!
Please save your time and money . I just cancelled my application with Epic it seems like this place has very serious management issues as all the reviews are stated . My first interaction was with the leasing agent and it was really good (no complaint in this aspect) for that reason I move forward and applied (I even paid 300 dlls to hold the unit) , the problem came later with the subsequent steps to complete the leasing process, I scheduled an appointment , I showed up , but no one received me , I even sent emails while b... read more
Day 3 or air conditioning being completely non-functional in the middle of a heat wave. New renters, please beware! The apartments here will heat up and if the AC doesn’t work you will basically get cooked inside. Day 3 of living in 82 F temperature. The maintenance person says its not that hot in the apartment but he always comes early in the morning when there is no sun.
