Is there ANYTHING we can do!? They do not hold up their end of the contract, so why are we paying them?! This is absolutely ridiculous and im at my wits end. Everyone is right, I tried to call, but no one answered. I physically went down to the office and the girl told me she'd been there all day and the phone never rang. WHAT!? This is crazy!!! They raised the prices of the dues FOR WHAT!? I am BEYOND livid. There has to be something we can do! Can we report them to the BBB? SOMETHING, ANYTHING!
They don't answer calls or emails. Not once have we recieved a return call or email. Since they decided to not give us the HOA dues books anymore, we have no idea how much we owe a month anymore. We have been sending what last year's dues were, but have no clue if it's correct or not. We also noticed they never cashed our July check and we sent a check for July & August thinking the last one got lost. Just got that check returned saying unable to deliver or forward.
