Is there ANYTHING we can do!? They do not hold up their end of the contract, so why are we paying them?! This is absolutely ridiculous and im at my wits end. Everyone is right, I tried to call, but no one answered. I physically went down to the office and the girl told me she'd been there all day and the phone never rang. WHAT!? This is crazy!!! They raised the prices of the dues FOR WHAT!? I am BEYOND livid. There has to be something we can do! Can we report them to the BBB? SOMETHING, ANYTHING!
They don't answer calls or emails. Not once have we recieved a return call or email. Since they decided to not give us the HOA dues books anymore, we have no idea how much we owe a month anymore. We have been sending what last year's dues were, but have no clue if it's correct or not. We also noticed they never cashed our July check and we sent a check for July & August thinking the last one got lost. Just got that check returned saying unable to deliver or forward.
Horrible
My dad bought a condo, they dont clean the snow, they said it was our job, plus they towed his car because of a clerical mistake. My dad missed a whole day of work also did I to go figure all with his car. This happened in December, til this day we have not received their refund even tho they swore in the last meeting they would take care of it. In the meeting they just attack the citizens, intimated us. Try to brush everything under the rug
