Shopping online l found this location. It took quite a while for me to complete The online application and provide the insurance information they requested. At the end, I needed some help and called the number provided and was able to speak to Carlo, who was preferably helpful, friendly, and most of all easy to understand. Best online service or support I have received in a very long time.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have had units at the ephrata main street location for years that we use as storage space for our business. Since KO storage bought this location it has been hell. Thousands of dollars a month are being spent on storage units there and it took me 2 months to get someone on the phone who then refused to connect me to a manager. Very simple and smooth set up process. Only one number you need to call and Sara made the process even easier!
Clean, they try to sell you lock and insurance.
