First time calling. Terrible customer service. The overseas call center rep picked up but would not respond to me saying "hello" three times, but I could hear him breathing. I then told him I could hear him breathing. Instead of answering, he muted me, then dropped the call. Thanks for letting me know how service will be, and why I won't order from you.
