While I do feel that the prices are high, I feel very safe with the night time security here. I meet Agent Silvers (coincidentally, we have the same last name! Lol) one night while taking trash to the dumpster and his presences gave me peace.
epernay apartments are out of there ever-loving goddamn minds to charge as much as they do for rent here. not only are they overpriced they ride your ass about everything they can. management must be bored because they gotta say something about everything little thing you do. stop raising people's rent and bleeding people dry. you suck
I lived here for 3 years with my daughter, we loved it. You get the perfect location with the creek and all of the nature that swings by. Lots of owls protecting. The school next door is really awesome too.
I live here now sadly, when we first moved in it was awesome! But it has fallen down hill over the past few months and it’s very sad to see. From lowering are standards on who we allow to move in, to the management not doing anything about complaints. Very sad to see it come to this but very happy to be leaving!!
I have nothing but positive to say about the management staff at office ,they are so very helpful every step of the application and questions we very professionally answered I would tell anyone looking please consider this apt complex
