I recently moved into Epernay Apartments and I LOVE it here. It is very quiet and peaceful here. Management is Very helpful and maintenence is prompt and efficient. I had an issue with my dryer, reported ito Management, the maintenance man arrived the next morning and quickly fixed the issue. I am on 15 wooded acres that are well maintained. There is a n ice running, walking, biking trail right there. I am happy here. 😊
I've lived here 4 years and have throughly enjoyed it. Management is kind and professional. Maintenance is wonderful. They are fast and efficient. It's a very peaceful community. Would highly recommend.
If you have a dog to walk, you will find no better location. I’ve been here for eight years and I’m very happy.
Rich in the office handled a maintenance issue right away even though their team was off our issue was fixed immediately. Thank you for the kindness Rich.
If everyone has to abide by the lease and the rules of the community and not parked back in then everyone should have to abide by the rules these people continuously back in and ignore repeated messages that this is not allowed but they want to pick on people who've been here for years and years and upsetting us but these people are allowed to do whatever they want.... I'm going online and talk about the favoritism in this community and as soon as my lease is up I'm considering moving after the years and years I've lived her... read more
