Easy access to drop off Fiber equipment
This isn't specifically for this office but for EPB itself. Last month, I paid my Fiber bill ahead of the auto pay, yet it still drafted my account for the auto payment. So, I paid twice. I get my bill this month, and it shows I owe the normal amount (instead of $0). How is that possible? They took the money from me twice. I provide the chat agent with statements on both accounts, yet I leave the conversation with no real time table to have the amount applied to my Fiber account.
