Everyone needs to start monitoring your bills, EPB is scamming us of money ever month and for most it is probably going unnoticed but when you call to get it corrected they either hangup on you or try to justify scamming you out of the money! Again, EPB is most likely scamming you all out of money everything month so check your meters, compare your bills and usage! They just got an extra $10 of usage I didn't use and they're saying that's normal!
I’ve visited this place twice. Both times they were very unprofessional and rude. I was met right off the bat with an attitude instead of a professional voice. One women there acts extremely ghetto instead of professional and yelled at me. I was professional and nice and never rude so I did not deserve the attitude either visit.
