Literally hate this company so bad. We NEED a new light company in CHATTANOOGA ASAP at least more than 1.

I like that the machine is available 24/7. Also, it is centurally located. I don't like that they do not take coins. Because every month my bill is $ and cents. You don't get change and you can't put in change. You have to round it up to the nearest dollar. I feel safe using it anytime of day. I'm not going there after dark by myself.
