You all are horrible and answering your calls for emergency service. I'm moving truck not the power wire off my house, and I sat on the phone for an hour now before I hung up. It pulled the wire and couldn't get a hold of you all in emergency. Now my power just came back on because I think it just put pressure on the power it was another wire. But you guys are horrible and emergency. I could be dead by now
