ePay has made it very easy for our customers to get their bills paid.
Extremely clunky. Not very well designed or intuitive for the customer to pay. Not able to establish multiple accounts. Difficult to navigate. No easy way to look up past payments records. As a person who is fairly savvy at making online payments this system was obviously not really very well designed. It needs to be tested with user groups to obtain feedback from them for user ability.

Garbage company full of incompetence and their service staff lies to you. Put our minority owned business at great risk with their dishonesty and false promises.
