At first, the apartment seemed great. It looks very nice and for the most part is fine. I have lived here for over a year. However, i have had countless maintenance requests. My bathroom fan, dishwasher, ice machine, freezer, air conditioner, and washing machine have all broken at least twice, and I’m not confident that it will ever be fixed.
