Worse property management company I have ever dealt with. They employ thief and incompetent and misappropriated security deposits at their discretion. Dawn is the one of person to be very leary of because when your lease ends, she will definitely utilize your security deposit and use it for any maintenance they did , i.e., stove and/or refrigerator repairs.
Not to echo, but wish zero stars was an option. I agree that Liz is incredibly unprofessional, whoever she is. She had no business replying to my email to the business separately- and on top of that, was argumentative and condescending. Don’t rent from these people, do your research. They do not care about a single one of us and clearly don’t know the first thing about property management.
If I could I would give them 0 stars. They haven't fix the heating issues for 2 months since I live there, while outside is 0 degrees. Liz is unbelievably unprofessional.
