A beautiful and safe place to live.
The parking lot is currently infested with bees and wasps. They’re attracted to the sap covering cars that is dripping down from the trees planted in front of the buildings. Not only is it an unsafe environment due to the bees, but having to wash your car every other day in order to be able to just see out of them is ridiculous. Rent was just increased, and yet they can’t be bothered to fix this situation, even after many complaints, calls, and emails.
Kids throw the big landscaping rocks AT CARS. They look really nice until you see them rolling or bouncing at parked vehicles. Lived there for a year and between rent increase, parking fee, and utilities our rent went up almost $200. The parking situation is AWFUL- the spaces are tiny (Be prepared to have your doors dinged if your neighbors have anything larger than a small sedan) and you have to pay extra for one of the ultra- rare- shiny- holo additional spaces.
