We have hosted many industry dinners at E&O Kitchen because of the wonderful customer service and friendly attitudes of staff. However, the staff this evening and 'evening manager' onhand made our experience not only a nightmare from start to end, but uncomfortable for our guests. In the end, they made us pay for food not received ("don't worry", they said "we'll put it on the bill as a room charge") and they were blantantly rude. We certainly won't be back but are disappointed that our loyalty wasn't met with a similar leve... read more
