Awesome service, I appreciate that Vance and the crew always take time to answer any questions, and answer their phone not like other shops that will make you leave messages and not get back to you for hours(i’m talking to you Marietta toyota!) quality work and craftsmanship!
If Vance had at any point in the month they had my car told me what was wrong with it, what they planned on doing to fix it, and/or how much it was going to cost, I would have told them to go ahead and do it. I called every week to get either "no updates" or "Jason's working on it". In week 5 I declined work and called cash for clunkers to remove it. I think the guy answering the phones just doesn’t know anything about automotive repair and the guy who does know has an attitude with customers.
Jason does great work at honest prices, but Vance will say anything to get me off the phone or just not answer at all. It felt like my business didn't matter at all to them as they had my Range Rover for over a month with no diagnosis or estimate. I called weekly to get "no updates, bye". They had the master cylinder removed when I went over there, but I never found out what was wrong, how much it would cost, or how long it would take as I went around borrowing cars and getting rides for over a month.
