Great service and much better pricing than anywhere else quoted. I got my brakes done on my SVR and from now on will always bring the cat here. Do yourself a favor and do the same!
Took my jaguar F pace SVR to Enzo‘s because when I took it to the Jaguar dealership, they told me I needed over $9000 worth of work, they said I needed Brakes rotors, battery, tires, and full maintenance service. It was crazy. We brought the jag back home called Enzo’s and we found out we didn’t need any of this stuff. And they could’ve took my money, but they did not. Vance is a great guy. I’m editing this review again only to respond to the shop’s public reply, which avoided addressing the substance of my complaint. The issue was never how long ago this occurred, how many other customers they’ve had, or whether I’ve edited a review. The issue was communication and prioritization. Over the course of more than a month with my daily-driver vehicle in their possession, I was never clearly told what was wrong with it, what the plan was to fix it, or what the cost would be.
