Took my jaguar F pace SVR to Enzo‘s because when I took it to the Jaguar dealership, they told me I needed over $9000 worth of work, they said I needed Brakes rotors, battery, tires, and full maintenance service. It was crazy. We brought the jag back home called Enzo’s and we found out we didn’t need any of this stuff. And they could’ve took my money, but they did not. Vance is a great guy. I’m editing this review again only to respond to the shop’s public reply, which avoided addressing the substance of my complaint. The issue was never how long ago this occurred, how many other customers they’ve had, or whether I’ve edited a review. The issue was communication and prioritization. Over the course of more than a month with my daily-driver vehicle in their possession, I was never clearly told what was wrong with it, what the plan was to fix it, or what the cost would be. Awesome service, I appreciate that Vance and the crew always take time to answer any questions, and answer their phone not like other shops that will make you leave messages and not get back to you for hours(i’m talking to you Marietta toyota!) quality work and craftsmanship!
