DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!! We purchased a 2011 Lexus CT200h from this dealership on Monday, June 26th, 2023. Since then, we drove it for a few days (about 240 miles) that week, and on Saturday morning, July 1st, the check engine light turned on, so we stopped driving the car. On Monday, July 3rd, we brought the car to our local auto mechanic to do a full inspection of the vehicle. There was severe engine damage. Horrible customer service when related to their mistake. Car I've bought from them was not working properly. They didn't want to compensate for almost two month of my struggle to fix the car (they had to offer that to me). I'm glad that car had manufacturer warranty (It is still not completely fixed). But what if it didn't? (It would cost me at least $5000 to fix it) Technically they lied to me that car works properly. I would suggest to all buyers - DO NOT TRUST THEM.
