on my 2nd order, I did not receive the 3rd sushi roll that I ordered. I called and was put on hold over & over, but finally told it was never made, so could I come pick it up. When I said no, the lady told me that she could deliver after 10 p.m. It was around 9 p.m. and I paid for delivery through Uber Eats. I said no. I was told that she would call back, but no call back. 5 stars!!! once I went I can't stop going now. I get the Alaskan roll it's amazing and each server has been excellent. highly recommend sandy springs location.

Very poor service. I went to place and order today and the sign on the door says they stop serving lunch at 2:30pm. I walked in at 2:20 pm and the lady at the front desk says, sorry we are closed. I said why, she said it's 2:30pm I said it is not 2:30pm and I have time to place a to go order, she said that the last call for food was 15 minutes ago.
