I’ve gone to this salon many times in the past and had good experiences but after this last one, I will not be returning - -Booked online in advance for “Gel Polish Change Hands + Builder B” (as I’ve done before) -Came in on time, checked in, and verbally told the technician I wanted gel polish only when asked. Been coming here for years I absolutely love how good of a job they do especially on the Massage portion
I just did a Russian manicure with Amy and omg. It looks incredible and so clean. There’s no going back, 1000/10. She’s so detailed and professional.
The quality of the nails was lovely, and I was very happy with the final result. Unfortunately, there was some confusion regarding the difference between acrylic, dipping powder, and builder gel, and I felt the situation could have been handled with a little more patience and clarity.
