Had me drive to the lash appointment at 5:15 called before then decided to say the lash lady was not here and tried to say she just wanted to show me photos of the lashes which made no sense she wasted my time and was very passive aggressive about the situation I normally don’t write bad reviews but she didn’t even apologize.
I appreciated the gentle care given during the service. The technician avoided rushing and focused on quality.
