I saw Kathie today and she did an amazing job with my hair! I wanted something fun and different, showed her one picture and she knew exactly what to do. Kathie is professional and experienced. It’s obvious that she cares a lot about her clients and loves what she does. I give it a 10/10!

Usually I get my hair cut at generic chain places, but recently my wife and I moved to Lancaster. I walked to Envy studios in the late afternoon to finally kill the beast that has smothered my head. The receptionist was attentive and charming. I found the environment quite comfortable, and soon I was in the hands of a stylist. Just attempting to book an appointment was ridiculously frustrating. I called from my car on my way home and spoke with Sienna. She wouldn’t book the appointment without money down to reserve. I explained I was driving in traffic and would call back. I called and got the voice mail, and Sienna called me back. I gave all my info and credit card number but Sienna couldn’t make it work.
