Absolutely the worst nail place in the world! They rush and don't care how it looks or if it hurts. They don't listen at all to what you want. They argue with you when you tell them you want something done a certain way. They tall crap about you when you tell them you want it don't a certain way and then expect you to pay a fortune to repair their mistakes. I've been getting my nails done for 6 years and been to almost all places in rock hill and they are the worst. Run & run fast!
went here because my acrylic broke and it was closer to me than my normal place. the receptionist told me it would be 5 minutes so I thought that was great. actually Turned out being 20 minutes and my acrylic looks HORRIBLE. the owner did it and rushed through it. it is so thick compared to my other nails. never going again.
Amber did my nails today. I got pink and white. I took a picture of how I wanted my nails done and she did an awesome job.
THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!! I had a great experience when I got a pedicure and an eyebrow wax so i decided to let them do my acrylic nails. The man did a terrible job, that were crocked, different shapes and started coming off after only a few days. I went back thinking they would fix them and give some sort of discount but they didn't. They were rude and the nail tech yelled at me and pointed his finger in my face when I told him I thought that was unreasonable. Very disappointed!!

My mother and I went there today as a girls day out and when we got there the place was packed. The guy at the counter told us it would be 10 minutes. We informed them that we had a massage appointment at 3 and they assured us we would be done way before that. Since we were there at 1, I figured we had plenty of time. Well, I was wrong. They were hopping from client to client leaving half way through treatments and going to the next person and then someone else would start on you.
