Poor customer care!!!!!! You can't treat people that way you need to make what happened with Ashley Ludwig right and fix them or give her money back....
For a company you should be reaching out and trying to make sure your customers are happy with the service. Yes it's the people who work for you that make you-you. BUT as the owner of the company it's your job to keep good employees and happy customers. You have hurt my daughter and she has now seen a Dr but you have made NO attempt to find anything out or reach out to her but to block her. You can get all the 5 stars you want but it doesn't change the fact you and one of your employees didn't do your job.
I get lashes done every time I have a special life event. The staff at Envy is trained, talented and so personable. The lashes are realistic looking and great quality. I love their boutiquey retail area that is unique and fun to browse. I highly recommend Envy!
