Helpful staff, very professional and courteous
Our family has been coming here for a regularly, and we always feel well taken care of. The staff is friendly, the clinic is clean, and they’re always honest and transparent about treatments and care options. We really appreciate how comfortable and trustworthy they make every visit. Definitely a place we trust for our family.
Highly recommend this clinic! I felt so much better after the IV therapy I received today. Jayne, FNP, always takes the time to thoroughly address my concerns and recommends the best treatment options for me. All of the staff are gentle and polite, which makes every visit comfortable. They even dim the lights during the IV session to help you relax, and offer blankets and water for extra comfort. Plus, the clinic is always spotless!
Service is not good once payment is received.
I’ve been here twice. The first time, I was told the provider decided to leave early. The second time, I was told the provider is gone for the week. So I don’t really know how this place is still open with the provider gone all the time. I’m making this review so you know that it’s common for the provider to somehow be missing.
