My family has been coming to Ashley for over 10 years. I found Ashley after receiving a bad hair color style at a previous location which resulted in frizzy/dead hair. She provided a treatment to restore my hair as well as provided treatments over the course of the next 6 months. My hair was fixed instead of having it to be cut off! After 2 1/2 years getting my hair colored by Ashley M, the ""Last Straw"" was when the ends of my hair was a ""Frizzy Mess"" She only did one procedure instead of her usual 2. Then lied to me she did when I asked. I told her I wanted my 20% tip back & my bank shows she kept it. Her color always came out good. That is why I continued to go to her even though 4 different times I would show up receiving a call within 10 minutes she was to arrive with some lame excuse why she isn't there ANOTHER RESCHEDUAL!! This was my first time going to Envy. I enjoyed meeting Ashley and visiting while getting my hair done. She did a wonderful job fixing my not so well cut layers from someone else 2 months ago! I plan to continue visiting her salon on a regular basis.
