I called to make an appointment for my dad due to experiencing a floater in his eye. I spoke with Sam and she was so amazing. She was willing to work with me and give me the information that I needed to help my dad. I work in the Optical field as a Manager and this kind of customer service speaks volumes. Thank you again Sam for being efficient and providing such immaculate service. I highly recommend visiting this office for your optical needs. There is a sense of care here.
I truly enjoyed my visit with Envy Eye Care. The two young ladies at front desk was very kind and professional. The young man who tested my vision was very knowledgeable. The doctor was just as wonderful. I really loved how she spoke to me at length as to what was going on with my eyes that no other optometrist ever have out of the 45 years that I have been wearing glasses. Dr. Tran and her overall staff were amazing! This was my first visit and I couldn’t have been more impressed. She and her staff offered excellent customer service. My 2 o’clock appointment was complete in 30 minutes or less. She was very knowledgeable and addressed most of my concerns before I could share them. I would recommend anyone to Envy Eye Care in Uptown Dallas. I, for one, will certainly return! Keep up the AWESOME work ladies! Thanks
