Great experience! Dr. Tran was really great and clearly passionate about eye health and safety. She took the time to explain things that I have never had an optometrist explain before. I was in and out of my appointment in less than hour thanks to the Alma (I believe), who completed my intake and initial tests. My insurance didn’t quite cover as much as I’d like but I will likely be back because of how great of an experience they provide.
Good Dr, nice staff but not transparent with pricing and will nickel and dime you. They misquoted my exam, and then when I came to pick up my lenses they wouldn’t give them to me unless I paid them $13 more, like what?😂
Thee most classy and professional experience. A lot of businesses need to come in for a shadow experience of this place and take notes. I will be back.
I called to make an appointment for my dad due to experiencing a floater in his eye. I spoke with Sam and she was so amazing. She was willing to work with me and give me the information that I needed to help my dad. I work in the Optical field as a Manager and this kind of customer service speaks volumes. Thank you again Sam for being efficient and providing such immaculate service. I highly recommend visiting this office for your optical needs. There is a sense of care here.
I truly enjoyed my visit with Envy Eye Care. The two young ladies at front desk was very kind and professional. The young man who tested my vision was very knowledgeable. The doctor was just as wonderful. I really loved how she spoke to me at length as to what was going on with my eyes that no other optometrist ever have out of the 45 years that I have been wearing glasses.
