I worked with several people within Envoy that made the process of purchasing a new home easier. James, Martin, and Nikki. Martin was always available to answer my questions no matter how silly. It took us several months to get to the finish line but Martin and Nikki were there keeping us updated and on track. I couldn't ask for a better team. If I ever need to purchase a new home again, they will be the first ones I call. Thank you again.

GREAT company to do business with. They provided me with the best rate available and believe me I shopped and shopped. I was kept informed throughout the whole loan process and was able to speak with my loan officer as I saw fit. WHAT A PLEASURE to finally do business with an honest company and a company that is upfront and not misleading. Envoy will always have my business and I will be reccomending them to any and all friends, family and coworkers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First they lost/forgot about my initial loan application, which caused approval to be denied. So I re-applied for the loan, and then they hiked my interest rate twice over the course of my home construction. The last time they hiked it was about a month before my close date. They said there was nothing they could do, despite the fact I was able to get a half a percent lower rate from another broker. Every time I send my payment express for them to get it before the deadline I checked the post office to see if it’s there I track it through a tracking number and they say it’s there now they wait and process my payment after the deadline and charge me a late fee when I sent it ******* ******* on March 9 it arrived in 2 days but they just filled on 19 of March and charge me a late fee

First you told me my interest rate would be 4.75% three days before closing you stated it was 5% - it was to late for me to get another lender.. In my eyes you committed FRAUD. Then I called in to get my account information so that I can make my first mortgage payment online and was told that I can not pay online for the first 90 days, and that my loan was sold, (That everyone's loan was being sold) but they had no idea to who. Sold my mortgage account in few days " less than 10 days" after I signed the paper work. Staff are so unprofessional, and not helpful. Made a lot of mistakes and never gave you the final numbers until it is so close for the closing date! Never again, I will not recommend this company to anyone I know!

We were slightly hesitant on purchasing a home due to the major process. Everybody kept telling us how terrible it was for them.
