Updating, my review. The install was quick and efficient, that is about the only positive thing I can say. You're given a number to text when service is installed, no one responds from it. So we emailed envison to get a number to call and the number was wrong. Had to text the guy who solicited us for service 2x to get someone from the office to call. I've had the service 2 years now and I would say everything worked as it should for about the first 3 months, then every few months another item would go out or fail to work. Yo... read more
Ryan was extremely knowledgeable about the security system and explained how to use this system in a manner that allowed us to feel comfortable on operating the system. Very very happy with the service and will recommend to anyone looking for a security system.
