My sky bell doesn’t work, it goes out frequently. They want you to pay $50 to just have them simply reset it each time since that’s a common issue which they explained at install but never said that you would have to pay for the simple fix of their product. Overall huge waste of money going with this company. Never told me about them transferring accounts to brinks after a year or else I wouldn’t have went with them. Overall just a shady company. Don’t waste your time or money with them. 🤷🏼♀️
